This is my fix

You’re looking at just a small part of my book collection I acquired for the past 4 months. Yes people, just a teeny weeny portion. And that has yet to include the books I’ve accquired since I was in highschool. Damn, I feel old. *lmao*

For some reason, since I started off with my transfer and having problems with my schedule, my fancy for books returned. For four months, I have been going in and out of bookstores looking for books that may catch my interest.

Flashback

I haven’t had a decent hobby in months. I can’t even watch cable or surf the net enough to get my mind off things. I even don’t have enough time to design web pages anymore *sob* Not until my love for books returned. It was an easy escape than binging on foods and or sleeping (yes, folks– easier than sleeping). So I spent a lot of my hard-earned cash (very hard-earned, may I add) to buy myself books. And money well-spent, I must say.

Back to present time:

So far, I finally completed Madeleine L’Engle’s Time Quartet ^_^ (so happy!) and even got with the herd and got down with Dan Brown’s The Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons (which are good actually).

As you can also see, I also have Artemis Fowl, not so bad actually. But it’s not pushing me to buy the rest of the sequels.

My next mission is rummaging the bargain stores for some a couple more Isaac Asimov books (which I can’t find in the main bookstores no matter how hard I try) and the Discworld books by Terry Pratchett. ^__^;

Now… how can I do that without money? ^^;;;

Subsidizing my luxury of book reading will be very hard.

How bout you? Any other books you may suggest?

……

And for the people who commented on my last entry. Thank you people. I love you all. ^__^

EDIT [10-27-2004]
I’m going to the hospital today to have my back checked. And this is for real now.
