The Bookshelf
My mother has been seriously prodding me to log all my books, especially when she found the rate of how I buy books (2 books a week on average) alarming. So I bring to you The Library. A virtual bookshelf, while I have to save money to buy myself an actual one that would fit in my room.
I found the php script while finding a php update script for my fanlisting collective, and I knew it was just the thing that I needed. It can also log in all your CD, Video and other collections. Neat huh?
The list of course will be added on. The current ones in there are barely the tip of the iceberg. (So many books~) And I’ll have to find decent pictures for the covers– because scanning the books one by one will be… well… hell. ^^;;
ETA. Jan 29 2006 :: 1/5 of my book collection down! (And yes, I did scan some of the covers currently in there now… >_> Anyway. I have a lot of ground to cover next weekend. I will be including my artbooks, mangas and well specials. *whew* And I have yet to account for the Discworld books (which I have lost track WHEN I acquired them). Dang.
This is a lot of work. The excel file alone is getting long. >_> Heheheh
