And I think I’ll be having this feeling for a few days…
Oh yes. I’ve survived the firing squad, barely alive. They were five panelists you see, and they were unexpectedly… nice. No really, they didn’t skin me, chop me, cook me and eat me alive. It probably has something to do with me being the first one to present. [Lucky me!]
But of course I felt I wasn’t able to say everything I wanted to say. That’s also the hard part being the first one to go. You wouldn’t know how to start and go saying things for some reason. I actually went blank in front of them! @.@ If I didn’t have any cue cards at all, I would’ve have just finished with my intro statement and problem statements and explained the process I undertook a bit… and I would’ve most probably been eaten alive almost instantly.
And now, I’m here smiling. Why? Because my thesis proposal has been approved. [insert really, realy big smile here] There may have been comments and suggestions and ides that could probably make me change some part of my plans for next sem, but– I don’t care! I’m approved!!!!
Okay, I’ll just take in this moment, rest for awhile and I’ll be back without the thesis in mind for awhile. I will have to take a rest thinking and talking about it you know.
