No pain, no gain

I’m doing much better. I can eat and chew normal food stuff now, except the fear of food getting wedged into the impacted tooth.
I can’t say I’m back to normal though. I mean, I can’t get used to this, because next week I’m slated for the operation to finally have the impacted tooth extracted. And upon extraction, I need to work from home rest for one full week due to bleeding and swelling. And another week to get used to being sort of normal before going back to work.
But hopefully with this the constant pain goes away. Since lately, I keep getting toothaches on that area of my mouth (both tooth and gums). That’s looking at the bright side of things yes? Which I really need right now.
