2005 Yearender Update
First off, the most recent updates:
December is a month of happenings for me, events have been nagging at me left and right. Office works, office events, preparations–
And then there’s the lighter side of the spectrum:
The 25th Anniversary
December 17, 2005
Tagaytay City

25 years ago, my parents only had a simple church wedding, so we tried to prepare a celebration with things they didn’t get to do then. We considered it an extension of the wedding celebration years ago~
My family, despite being not perfect, is still complete. And despite of the raging weather, and both my parent’s current health condition, we wer able to push through– and actually felt better afterwards.
I love you, mom & dad.
And I completely had fun– Along with the fact that, for once, I wasn’t the official photographer. *lmao*
The NMI Christmas Party
December 23, 2005

The company where the beloved works throws one heck of a Christmas party every year– and they do it with costumes. lmao. Since missed my own company party, I joined theirs. And one thing’s for sure, I’d ignore any scars I might get as long as I can get a taxi.
Hnm. So far, those are the main highlights for the year 2005– right at the end.
If you’re interested, more highlights are after the jump. {Warning, links abound}
Wow! It’s 2006 already? And to think It was just *awhile* ago since I greeted all of you guys a welcome for 2005. Wow.
Okay, here’s the list of my chosen highlights for the year.
- The beloved joined the family in celebrating the 2005 New Year’s and the Holy Week (went to Tagaytay for this one)
- By March, I’ve used a new CMS (Content Management System).
- Had a really freaky experience.
- Rediscovered my love for books through Discworld.
- Sharing coffee with old friends is good.
- I learned, rain is good for one.
- I have yet to discuss with someone… It’s highly urgent, yet still pending. How long has it been?
- And I just realized I’m working for my boss for more than a year now (1 year, 1 month by Saturday actually). And wow. I still have no idea why I am here.
That’s about it. New Year’s Resolution? I only have 2, and I do bloody hope I get it done.
What those are… I can’t say at the moment.
For the meantime, Happy New Year and I do hope everybody gets a better year this time.

Also, I’ve changed the layout for UtP’s main page. It’s basically a portal now.
A basic one at that.
